Just wanted to say hey to everyone.

I'm not new to Lock Flow, just to being a member of the forum. I finally decided to become a member because I'm reading Marshal Carper's book The Cauliflower Chronicles.

As a martial artist I've been training for 8 years in traditional stuff and now I am training (will be once my c-section heals) in MMA and BJJ with Wade Rome in Macon, MO.

I look forward to meeting lots of new people here.
