Hey LockFlow, my name is lewis. Have been coming back and forth this website for a few months now, and thought i would start to post. I've been training in BJJ for 18 months, and loving it! And look forward to posting on this site.

welcome! lockflow has been a great place for me to learn so far so hopefully it treats you the same. Everyone here is pretty helpful and the videos that are regularly posted or already in the techniques section are great help as well. enjoy your stay!
