New member to Lockflow

Newbie

New member here to lockflow. My name is Joe, been at Charlies Combat Club in Everett WA for about a year.... just got back from aloooooong break with too much real life drama.. but back on the mats. Love the website and been on it everyday since I came across it. Can't help watching the videos non-stop for new techniques when im out of class. Only thing I cant find on the website is like a calendar or something for upcoming events.. (axe fights, submission competitions) that maybe I can prepare myself for. Guess for not Ill just keep working out and dropping weight! Hit me up if you want to grapple or do some sparring!
