Here is a link to an article on how it happened.  What a stud Mezger is.  He steps in to help a woman who was being assaulted, and ripped the guy a new one, despite the fact that the guy pulled a knife.

Strange that he loves Aquaman. Im a comic lover and was completly unaware that Aquaman had any die hard fans...Judging from this I should be quite.......
