I always try to side with the law enforcement guys but uh...........I am not feeling this one.

I agree.  That attack looked completely unwarrented.  The stun gun was just overkill.

It might be in that police department's best interest to fire the first officer (and maybe even the second one).

^^I'm sure hes on paid leave right now, thats what happens out here when cops shoot/beat somebody when they might not have needed to...
