It's called Synthol, an it is a semi-soluble fatty oil that is marketed as posing oil for the sake of legality, but some bodybuilders (and apparently hyper-douches like this) site inject into the muscle.
I can never understand how these people think the muscle looks natural. It's out of proportion with the rest of the physique, and it makes the muscle like a balloon under the skin, flat with little to no definition.

If that Synthol ever causes an abcess.. he'll be sorry.. if you've ever seen anyone after an oil abcess has been either drained or cut out.. NOT pretty AT ALL!
Edited to add: I think the pecs are DEFINITELY implants.. which is cool as long as you never gotta worry about getting smacked and have one implode or rupture.
Chyna had one of her implant bust/implode in the ring mid-match.. others too.
I knew a guy who wrestled with calf implants.. weird thing was he wore long tights instead of trunks so you couldn't see his calves anyway?!?

I can't believe that he actually thinks THAT looks good. That is horrible both the shoulders and boobs / pecs. What some people do to their bodies is beyond me.
