here's a video link i thought i would share. it consists of bent over rows, standing up rows, military press, good mornings, side squats, power ups and squats, and romanian dead lifts (5 sets of 8 reps with a minute rest between each set). i usually start doing this workout a month before a tournament 3 to 4 times a week. its a killer workout that will increase your muscle endurance and explosiveness. i suggest having a workout partner to help you get through the workout and motivate you because you'll want to quit by the 4th set. don't try to be a hero, start off with low weights first 8)

Yeah this workout rocks. I did it for about a year with Just 25lb dumbbells. It helped my grappling game and my wife said she liked what she saw :D

One of my favorite circuits.

I also do a variation with a 45lb olympic plate that substitues "around the worlds" for the upright rows and adds a set of curls and front raises to the routine.

Good stuff.

I started doing this exercise a while back and made two of my lifting partners puke, it's a tremendous exercise and at the end you can throw in dumbbell curls and pushups to make it a COMPLETE body workout...make no mistake...if you dont feel like tossing your cookies by the 3rd set, you're not doing it hard enough.

Enjoy!

Yes...! I've been doing this workout for about 2 months now. I use the 25lb plates like he showed. I first started off with only being able to do 3 rounds. I would completed 1 round all the way through, second round I would have to pause and the 3rd round same as the second, with being totally spent after the 3rd round. Now after about two months doing twice a week and currently doing them. I can blast through rounds 1 and 2 with a slight pause in the the 3 rd and can now finish the the 4th and I feel that I should be able to finish the 5th by next week.

I do them at good pace as well and can totally see my strength and endurance skyrocket. It's no joke man. I feel like so healthy afterwards.

I recommend implementing them in to your workout!

I do the Grappling Circuit once a week as one of my 5 workouts I do each week. Does anyone know how many calories are burned?
