Is there any good escapes floating around to get out of a RNC after it has been applied? I generally can avoid someone sinking the choke but when it's on I've got nothin :cry:

I don't think they are any escapes once it is sunk in, never seen anyone escape a sunk in RNC. I would suggest you try and defend the choke and escape the position you are in before they sink it.

turning ur head into there elbow on the choking arm u should get some space to drop ur chin (tho u do get crossfaced) maintain hand control and RNC defense (its still a scrabble but its better than nothing)
once u get control of the hand work to unhook the legs if they dont got the hooks in u can escape an RNC easier
