I like the addition of adding the over rotation at the end. I learned that variation for a standard arm bar from the Fedor book and it's helpful for when I blow the traditional arm bar sweep.

It's actually not that fancy. It's very similar to a basic Osoto Gari counter that I learned as a white belt in both Jujitsu and BJJ. It does look more complicated than it is though. When the Osoto Gari counter is demoed in training, it usually gets a few ooos and ahhhs but people figure it out in 5 minutes.
This iteration is more aggressive though, initiating the submission with the foot on the thigh rather then waiting for them to press for the sweep.
