I've hit it a good amount in training and I taught it to my class a few weeks ago...then someone posted a sambo match of someone hitting it so then when I got the position during the match, it was fresh in my brain so I went for it.

wow very nice, and very slick

Courage does not always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying "I will try again tomorrow"
