Review of Rhadi Fergusons rather expensive Underground Grip Fighting Secrets. Is it worth the cash?

Jimmy Pedro and Rhadi Ferguson- Underground Grip Fighting Secrets DVD Review This is a multi DVD follow on set to the first gripfighting DVD set by Pedro. Whilst that set was short on content and length but good on value this one is sort of opposite. However Firstly Id like to say a big thanks to both Pedro and Rhadi. They have got of their backsides and done this DVD set. Lots of world class players have some amazing levels of knolwedge but refuse to share that knowledge. So they deserve to get respect for their desire to help the Judo world.

Now for the bad. Just before I wrote this review I checked the price on Rhadis Website. http://www.rhadiferguson.com/ and found the following: it costs $297.00!!!!! OMG!!!!! Thats pricey by anyones standards and if you have a family Im sure when your wife checks the credit card bill you are going to need plenty of Judo skills as she throws your arse into the street followed by a black bin limer full of your clothes. Im not against grapplers trying to earn their money. Lawyers get paid, Doctors get paid, everyone gets paid, so why shouldnt the grapplers. Thats one way of looking at things, but hold on $297 for a few dvd's? Are you mad!!!!! I wont moan anymore about the price, Its very much over priced for anything. For that much cash I can get all sorts of things and my wife will think we could of gone on a romantic weekend away for the same cash. My tip, hide the bill or bank statement.

Ok so what do you get for your money? Actually I have to admit this is one of those sets where I think wow!!!!! heres whats included:

2 fights of Jimmy in the korean Open beating Won Hee Lee and his discussion on gripping during the fights.Ok so its camcorder quality, but that doesnt matter as you actually have Jimmys step by step analysis of his fights. Then you have multiple DVDs showing alot of footage and advanced grip fighting secrets. Loads of information tips and top level stuff. Followed by training tips, bandage tips, randori footage and even audio CD's. Yep you do get some pretty impressive value for your money. So whats the negatives? I have to say the quality is poor, its simply a camcorder set up and the record button pressed. No glossy shots or cut in sequences. Does this matter, well if your wife sees it she may ask why you just blew 300 bucks on some dudes infront of a camera as if its been done on You tube. If she does tell her to mind her own business, go watch her soaps upstairs and this is real Judo. If you havent swallowed a bravery pill then try the other option, tell the truth. Ive just brought perhaps the greatest DVD set for Judo of all time!!!!

Thats simply the truth. This DVD set has enough information in it to last you for years, if your a Judo player who wants to win contests then get this set. It doesnt matter if you have a world champion as a coach, this is Jimmys tips and he and Rhadi make excellent coaches. The set costs a lot but then again so did all the years they spent learning their trade, if you want to learn form the best it costs to travel, it costs to stay over and it costs for the session itself. Here you have a ton of info, play it when you want, replay it, make notes and then put it into practise. This DVD set will enhance your game and with Rhadis instant grtification system that lets you download things in an instant this means you can avoid costly shipping charges.

This DVD truly holds nothing back, you get to see world class gripping, world class randori, world class advice and its there in an instant.

I still think its too pricey as it will put off a lot of people who would benefit from this, but thats life. Nothings free and if you wnat a good product then this is one. In all its pricey for a DVD set but it s a one off purchase so yes Ill moan because I dont like to spend that cash on something like a DVD, but this is information and info costs cash. In my humble opinion you are paying for the content, not flashy visuals, no filler just pure quality content. Ill be reviewing the fighting films stuff soon but although I love their products none of them truly compare with the level of information contained in this DVD pack.

So when I take all the above details into view whats the rating?

Its The Grappling Reviews first GOLD MEDAL WINNER!!!! ***** five stars out of five. Forget the cost, buy your wife something nice to soften the blow, save up your money, sell some sperm it simply doesnt matter. Get this DVD now its awesome and I dont know either of them. Im making no cash from this review but if you want to become good at grip fighting then this DVD set is for you. Its pricey but like all things in life,the best costs more. Dont waste your cash on other products until you own this set trust me its the best out there. Remember, if you cant grip you cant throw. Simple as that!
