Each series runs the same: One grip > 4 throws > 2 subs per throw (a few are throw/sub combined). Every series has 12-13 videos. Each video is approximately 5 minutes (give or take depending on the lesson). In addition to the lesson portion, all the techniques are shown from front, back, left and right in slow motion. Most of the videos have examples from actual tournaments as well.

Regarding a no-gi version. We have several ideas for future edditions.
