Looks like a vampire and it also looked like he's been eating well.

i know you didnt see that one coming but it wouldnt have mattered cause your chin was high and your hands down away!

And it does look like a vampire, the figure in the tattoo has that old school Dracula doo going on. Im interested in seeing it finished so I can at least have a conclusion as to what it is exactly.
