so i've been gone for a while....

just wanted to let my fellow lockflowers now that i havent been on the site much lately because ive been real busy with school and training....... training other people that is.

back in february i started working with a heavyweight named Bryc Palmer. we have been real successful this year and he is undefeated! all of his wins by tko or submission! for his pro MMA debut i was his only trainer. he had decent jiu jitsu at the time but after his first fight i convinced him to join a BJJ gym.
