Stability balls

I keep breaking stability balls and I think it's cause I've Benny buying cheap ones. I'm a small dude maybe a 165 soaking wet but I am pretty rough with them since I used them for a lot of bjj stability and balance training. Just wondering if anyone knows of a reliable brand that can stand the abuse or should I just keep buying cheap ones knowing that they will break eventually.

Im 230 lbs. I do bjj drills with em too and they don't pop. I got mine from walmart for like 15-20 bucks.

I don't know WTF you could be doing there? I have a $30 one from Walmart that I practice sprawls on and even stand on...and I'm 264lbs.

I am with those guys. I am 270, and not only do BJJ drils but lift weights and do physical therapy on mine. I have two that I have had for a couple of years now and neither shows any sign of wear or has popped.

My favorite is a Danskin heavy duty. I have abused the hell out of that thing and it just keeps bouncing along.

I don't know what the hell it is then. It's weird, the one or two at our gym get used all the time too with no signs of wear. Maybe I should take the ninja stars out of my pocket when I use it Wink

hope you're not over inflating the ball, that may cause it to pop if you put too much force on it at one time.
