T-Cesar Gracie 3 DVD instructional, snohomish/seattle area

I've had this for a while, but every time I try to watch it my ADD kicks in or something but its hard for me to learn from this. has alot of gi techs, some mma, some street fight. willing to trade for instructional by bas ruten or eddie bravo, or any good instructional. dvd or book format.
