TFW 100 Reps in 100 seconds
Im at work and cant watch the vid...AHHH! Break it down for me please.
100 secs.. 20 pushups on the olympic bar while its loaded with 96lbs... 20 stiff leg deadlifts.. 20 bar squats.. 20 military press.. 20 bent over rows..
only thing I'm worried about is dude's lower back starts to round off a little on the deads and rows.. I'd hate to see anyone blow a disc from poor technique..
