Tozi pass vs Wilson pass - can you help me?

ok guys been studying these two passes. trying to figure out the common factors and the differences.
in the original Tozi pass it looks like the breaking of the guard happens from the switching of the hips, once the guard is open the step thru and foot flips over their bottom leg.
in the wilson pass, it looks like the arm is used to open their legs and you switch to a half mount position and work from there?
am i close or way off base?
thanks

In the "original tozi pass" the guard is opened from walking around the side and pushing the head towards their hips. What's generally reffered to as the tozi pass to me seems to be the same pass as the wilson.

I consider them the same pass, I've also heard it called the sao paulo pass and the chim chim. It's one of my go to passes, especially if the guy is playing guard with an overhook.
11th dan in Parnes Jiu-Jitsu, it's one more than Ransom's. Real PJJ goes to 11!
