Looks like the UFC didn't like Hardy's Tattoo, so they airbrushed it out

Is that a new tat? If so maybe they took an old pic for that poster?

If they dont' airbrush Brocks why would they do anyone elses.

the way hardy is holding his hand and standing on the second poster it almost looks like hes beggin gsp for money lmao

It could be an old pick they used. I mean with all the tattoos that are out there in the UFC why would they edit this one? Heck, every other guy in the photo has a tat showing.
The only question I have is, does it say something offensive that would make it so it couldn't be displayed in public venues as an add?

More than likely just an old picture of Hardy that they used for the poster. I dont even remember him having that tattoo in his last fight. Besides, why would they have the tatt showing on one poster and not the other? One poster was obviously made before they had a new photo shoot and the other poster is from a recent photo shoot, which explains why the new tattoo is showing.

Really? I didnt even realize. For some crazy reason I dont even remember him having that tattoo in his last fight. Wonder why they airbrushed his ink off?

maybe they did take his photo before he got it, and its not new they just don't have up to date shots of him since he got it

I mean it would make sense they take 3-4 pictures of you when you sign the contract and then they can use those for whatever they need rather then keep calling you in to take a photo for every poster your on

plus if they have them on file they can add them to whatever they would need, be magazines, DVD covers, video game covers, books, whatever it would be they needed

it must be bad though, cause Cain has a "Brown Pride" tat and that's not an issue.

I may be wrong but if you look really close at the bottom portion of the tatto, below his bellybutton, it looks like the hibiscus flower that is often used in Asian tattoo style art. I have no clue about the top portion though.

Here is a better view, and I was right, the bottom of the tattoo is a flower but I cant tell what the writing says.
