UFC 141 on iPad?

Hey, 

My plan is to buy the UFC on iPad2 then stream it via AirPlay to my tv. The UFC app says its not available on iPad. Anybody know if this will work? 

I don't have cable, any other ideas to watch it? I only have Mac devices working right now.

I was planning on trying to do the same.....and have been searching all say on this....still havent found anything conclusive.


I did watch the last fight on my imac and ran an hdmi cable to tv. i know that works.


good luck, hope we both are able to do this.

There is an app called skyfire, 4-5 bucks, that will convert the flash files to a viewable platform on an iPad. Then you can go to a site like atdhe or first row sports.tv and stream it. I watched a hockey game not playing in my area the other day. Certainly not as clear as a fully purchased ppv. But until the UFC allows younto buy it to iPad, which is coming, this seems to be the best option.

To get it to your tv I believe you need apple tv or as stated above you can hook it into your tv directly via an hdmi cable.
