what motivates you?

what makes you throw another knee or fight cinch that choke? i have been off for about a month now. i was thinking i would be refreshed and hyped but i just cant seem to spark. i want to train but i just dont feel the need to push the envelope as hard as i used to. in the past i would destroy myself just get a burn or fall out tired after working for an armbar. now not so much. i would get rubber legs from throwing so many kicks that seriously had to lift my legs with my hands to get in my car. granted i was 17 then, 15 years later(where does the time go) its more challenging mentally to do those things.
what keeps you guys from never missing a class?





















For me, i stay motivated because I've found a sport that I truly have a passion for. There's always something new to learn, and i love learning new techniques and finding out more about myself in the process.
