Wilson Pass dvd review

I recently saw a copy of the Wilson pass dvd which is from Wilson Reis (I dont think thats the right spelling but oh well). This dvd has been put together and promoted by LLoyd Irvin who is a master of marketing and as with all Loyd Irvin products this one isnt cheap. But is it worth the cash?

In short no, the Wilson pass has been around for along time and is actually an old school Judo guard pass. Yes its really good but this dvd isnt worth the money. The pass has also been called the sau Paulo pass among other names but it has been around for years in Judo. Full credits go to LLoyd for his style and presentation however this dvd would be better priced at £30 or less. Its a good product but please reduce the price. As such I can only rate it as 3 out of 5. Its good but not worth the cash.

What you do get- a full explanation of the Pass, counters and use in Gi and No gi

Its an easy to pick up move.

What you dont get- A feeling that the money was worth it, sorry guys its a good product but over priced. Please reduce the octs and the rating will go up. However if you have money to burn I can say you will learn a very very effective guard pass. Ill post some you tube footage of a similar pass to entertain you.

Conclusion- Its a good pass, a good dvd but sadly not worth the price at about 80 bucks. Therefore a 3 out of 5 review
