Hello does anyone use the BJJ aps on apple and if so what Aps have you been using to assist in your training?

Courage does not always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying "I will try again tomorrow"

I have a few timers that I use for rounds and a Judo app but nothing great.   I think Roy has a few apps but have never used them.   Holding out for a lockflow app.

I've downloaded a few but the ones I have don't break down the moves so a moron can follow, so 90% of the time I just end up with a new bad habbit

I have the iPad and I have bought many of the apps. But they are nothing in comparison to what lockflow has just released.


The apps have moves, techniques yeah, sure; but lockflow has now consolidated hundreds of youtube videos from years of lockflow'ers submissions from experienced fighters that are actually practicing "those" moves; In which you can get feedback from.
