CAPTCHA solving services run at fractional pennies (like under $.002) per CAPTCHA solved. They use folks in China/India/etc. who just solve CAPTCHAs all day long. If a site is awesome enough, it's supposedly worth it for them to pay.

I guess the next step is to limit the number of posts a person can make until they reach a certain level? Whole thing sucks. And UGG boots? Seriously? *sigh*
