Gene Lebell and Gokor

Ok guys i got something for the Lockflow family, I got an exclusive interview with Gokor and ask him if he would take on Randy or Rickson in ADCC and he wants to fight MMA again and would fight both. Gene shows you how to set up grappling technique's in MMA.

 

I had alot of fun at their gym. Everbody was nice and if i didnt live so far i would love to train with Gene and Gokor, I meet Manny and got to watch the pro guys roll too. If you get the chance you should stop by their gym.

Puzzled I thought you guy would be throwing out some names.

next week im going to marco ruas's gym and ask him on tape if he will fight gokor or grapple him.

ADCC or MMA - superfight with Renzo Gracie! A superfight with Royce would be cool too, but i bet Royce would never that that match! Please see if Renzo would be willing to publicly comment on taking the match!
