  • Turtle
  • We start, attacking Kyle in the turtle.
  • Betl grab turn
  • Chris has set up for his Kashiwazaki belt grab turn.
  • Drive
  • Chris is driving to turn Kyle, but Kyle is posting on his elbow to stop the turn. The drive in Chris's legs is elevating his body off the mat.
  • Drop
  • Chris moves his rear foot next to Kyle's knee. He is using the momentum of his falling body to lift Kyle in the air.
  • Pull and kick
  • Chris is adding the lift of the foot between Kyle's legs to help elevate him up and over.
  • Over the top
  • Chris turns to maintain control of Kyle as he comes over. There is an opportunity for more agile grapplers to roll over their own head and come to tateshio or mount position.
