Criscross choke (Bat Choke)

A quick go to choke from the knee on belly (knee ride) position. Have fun!!

  • Step 1
  • We start with Sandra in a knee on belly (knee ride) position with sleeve / lapel grips.
  • Step 2
  • Sandra then slides her left hand down to a deep collar grip. Fingers inside is correct technique, but Sandra likes to grip fingers outside. I'm not one to complain.... see my face in the last pic!!!!
  • Step 3
  • Sandra releases her elbow grip and shoots her hand deep into my collar on the same side.
  • Step 4
  • She then quickly transitions toward a north/south position crossing her forearms over my throat.
  • Finish
  • She finishes in a deep base over my head as she dropps her elbows toward the mat. She's very good at it...UUUGGGG!!!
