Start with the hooks in
From Hooks in position sit up and under hook your opponent's arms & Scoot your lower body closer to him
while you lift his weight forward onto your hooks.
As your opponent posts to save himself off balancing,
raise your right leg straight up with your right arm outside your knee.
Hip to your right and claim his leg with your right arm and neck
With your right foot push on your opponent's far leg and hip away,
maintain control of his top leg.
Get your knees under you and use the controlled leg to roll your opponent onto his back.

This seems more like an escape than a sweep! Interesting!
i love butterfly guard...you can sweep anybody. im diggin this variation though.
"To err is human, to fart while rolling is just histerical"...me
Excellent.
I use the same, only when i throw the legs in the air, i also lock one of the legs to go to the electric chair position. Then as I got him on his back I can crank his legs farther apart, or let them slide so I get to sidemount.
step5-7 look a little messy, but interesting...worth trying.
The strong man is not the one who wrestles, but controls himself in a fit of rage.

very cool I think this will work without a gi as well, I'm going to give it a shot
Courage does not always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying "I will try again tomorrow"
I like this sweep, although I prefer to switch to x-guard in step 7
"By their very nature all fighters are noble. Stripped to the waist they lay their souls open every time they enter the ring. Bravery, dreams, dread, toughness, fear, courage and at times even surrender are all on display for anyone who cares to watch"
i like this one, a LOT... it blows some wrestlers away
