From the kneeride position reach down and get a thumb inside grip on the collar at the back of his neck with our left hand
Then slide the right hand - four fingers grip- into his far collar
Bring our forearms together, keeping them in constant contact as we spin to the front and drive our head into his stomach.
Make sure to be in a well balanced tripod position before bringing both elbows strongly up and behind our back - thereby bringing the choke into full effect.

Just to let you know guys, that is John Will (a Machado BJJ guy from Australia). He is one of the original "Dirty Dozen". That is one of the first 12 non Brazilians awarded a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

cool stuff, thanks zero!
Just another note, John gave Elvis Sinosic (from UFC Fame) his black belt in BJJ.

Zero you got any contact with Elvis?
Not really as I train at a different school in Sydney. He's fairly easy to speak to though from what I have seen. He's usually at all the BJJ tournaments in Sydney too.
