Sweep to armbar
Here is a sweep to armbar. In the video I show the move, then break it down, then show it one more time. Helping me out is LockFlows own Kevinlace.

Armbar
Opponent stands up from your guard.
Grab his sleeve (remember never place your fingers inside his gi sleeve) and sit up.
Now hook the back of the knee with your left foot. Turn into your opponent and grab the other knee with your right hand.
now pull him over you, shifting his weight so it's on you.
Ride his momentum and dump him over your left shoulder. Don't let go of the knee.
Turn towards your opponent.
Place your knee on the belly, still holding onto the knee.
Slide your shin into your opponents armpit.
Lean forward and place your outside leg over the head.
Maintaining control of the knee and arm drop back into the armbar.

Sweet! About time we get a new gi tech! And is that a blackstar shoyoroll gi i see?
RE: And is that a blackstar shoyoroll gi i see?
-Yep. We all gave Kevin a bad time about the "BlackStar" on the back so his wife changed it to "Kstar" now we're all jealous.
I've got 10 gi techniques total that I'll be posting. One a day for the next 10 workdays. I hope you enjoy them!
hope to see some good sweeps, top controls and takedowns. that's my wish.
hard sparring session is like a cold shower in a warm day. It feels good.
