I have had that DVD for quite sometime and it has a wealth of knowledge. Don't get it twisted trying to pull off that tornado guard sweep is very difficult. i do feel like I will have a basic version of it down in a few months. Definitley some fun stuff to play with.

Love this move, I've yet to be able to pull this off during rolling but the higher belts use this quit a bit
