The Head Mount is a great postion for many upperbody submissions. Lockflow.com modles Kim and June demonstrate the Armbar from the Head Mount

Step 6
Kim has june in the head mount
Kim laces her right arm under June's left arm.
Posting her left arm on the mat, Kim slides behind June. Kim places her right foot under June's chin.
Kim slides her left knee up so that her shin rests on the left side of June's body, with her knees pinched toghether. Kim slides her left arm under June's arm also.
Keeping her chest close to June's arm, Kim falls to her back.
Pinching her knees together, Kim raises her hips and pulls down on June's arm to finish the submission.

Love the Armbars!
A good drill for this armbar is to start from north/south position, chest to chest. As June attempts an escape by trying to "roll out" to her right side, Kim would allow June to get to her side then immediately go to STEP 3 and finish. Comes outta no where.
Charlie, apparently you are a seasoned MMA person. Why are you putting these crappy tachniques on line? In the first scene the girl on top has her weight way up, not pinning her opponant at all.
Jar, The pin is on the head, not on the body - if they go to their knees, then it is easy to go other options. also these girls were volunteers, both Kim and June have fought before, but if you have better moves, we would love any dontations of techniques that you feel are superior!
This move is nice, but I usually go for a kimura from here. In step 3, Kim would figure-4 her hands, with her right hand holding June's wrist. Then she would pull June's wrist over her back and keep goin till the tap. I don't know if that technique is posted, but if not I'ma do it with my friend and post it.
"I don't care if it's God's own Anti-Son-of-a-B*tch machine or a giant hula hoop, we are not going to let them have it. What we will let them have is a belly full of lead, and a pool of their own blood to drown in!" - Sergeant Johnson
well said chaz...
but since its quite basic, i give it a 3.
The strong man is not the one who wrestles, but controls himself in a fit of rage.

good cover chaz lol if they escape your bad position can change options lol the head mount should be done with the weight on head and knees pintching chest and back
and why give it a 3 mike if you think its so basic would be nice to see it done right alot of crap on here
Its official. Pro Hooker is my least favorite person in the history of lockflow.
