Sky has captured Brandon's right leg in the lockdown.
Brandon lifts his righ heel up, which frees his foot up for a moment.
Brandon puts his left foot under Sky's crossed legs to prevent Sky from regaining the lockdown.
Keeping upward pressure with his left heel, Brandon drops his right foot to the mat
Brandon brings his right leg back tawrds his left knee
Brandon hides his right foot behind his left knee and can now work outside of Sky's lockdown!

Alder taught me this a few months back at a seminar in Decatur, AL... A wrestler at our gym also does something fairly similar with a diff variation. I will try to get him to do a vid of it.

people know the Butt Compressor and to wait on a whip up to Caporeira Pass. There is a bunch more that are solid. this one and I plan on showing a few more. this is SOOOO easy its retarded. Have your partner lock you down hard and you will see its ridiculously easy.
