Here's a very simple sub from the ''all fours'' position.

  • 1
    • Grab the oponents toes
  • 2
    • put your knee on his calf and pull up on his foot
  • 3
    • pressing your knee on his calf is a great way of breaking his position.

beautiful. always have trouble with this. only problem is when i try putting my arm on his thighs. my partner. always got for the dwl. and he almosts gets me. how can i avoid that.

If he slaps on a DWL,keep walking towards his head, trap it between your knees and from there you have a number of subs to choose from - DWL, Keylock, Straight Armbar, Crooked Head Scissor etc
