CACC Guard Pass to Cradle pin
Due to some interest shown from the pinning thread,I decided to share one of my favorite got to move when passing guard. Myself and my students have had lots of success with this in tourneys etc.
Even though most tournaments will not let us use the pin as a fight ''ender'', it,s a great way to establish dominant position to switch off to subs.
Hope you enjoy.

Break open the guard and bring knee up
as you bring your right knee over his left leg bring your left knee up to control is right leg and control his head towards the left with your right elbow
Over hook his left leg and do the same with his neck as you step out of the guard
As you step out, make sure you lock your hands together and keep control on his left leg with your right foot
bring your left leg over his left
roll to your right side and triangle your legs around his leg
Now you can wait for the count, you've got the pin. Or you could pull in on his neck and push out on his head for a neck lock

awsome, it looks a little hard to get your arm around his neck.
hard sparring session is like a cold shower in a warm day. It feels good.

It isn't. What you want to do is keep your shoulder to the ground as you stretch out your arm and glide it behind his neck. Be sure to do it before you stack him though 'cause then it will be hard to slip it behind.
