You may have noticed Brock Lesnar using a CACC Staple ( the Stockade) to Control Mir during their fight . Here is a standard lockflow we teach from that position.

from side control slide your hands together behind his head and his shoulder.
snake your left hand over his shoulder and in his armpit.
Keep tight pressure behind his neck
Reach behind his head with your right hand. Twist and crank his neck forward
slip your left leg over his left arm
Lock both hands around his neck. press up and in for the neck crank
wrap his right arm
sit back and bring your right knee up to his side. Press your knees together and pull back on the arm for a shoulder lock.
reach across and grab your left ankle
close the triangle
from this position you could pin, choke or pull back on his arm for a shoulder lock amongst other things.

Love it. You can do so many things to people from that position.
My favortie was shown to me by an old juijitsu war horse. After you hook the bottom arm with your foot, you and grab it a choke them with your forearm and shin. Also a great place to turn someone face-down.
Great work.
dood, my brain just exploded.
Nice Flow!
I love that move! I do that all the time

very nice!
also, is that a boxing ring that you work out in?
We modified the ring to take falls and such. Spring floor and extra padding.
But the classes are held on the wrestling mats we have all around the ring.
I just find the ring easier to film in.

I keep saying this I know but..It's amazing to me how much Shooto has taken from Catch because that is part of our "Shootflows" as well.
Thanks for posting this Kris! This was the same technique that we were talking about.
Kris, my brain exploded right after Reilly's did heh. Awesome!
This one's going on the iPhone for study

Sharks gotta swim or it dies.
love it Kris! I like to use the stockade but I never saw that entry until Brock used it. I was hoping he would turn it into a choke or arm bar or something
Thanks for that this gives me a sneaky entry which is much easier
Thats what it do Son!

Love the stocks! It's amazing how much leverage it gives you, even against those much larger. Thanks for the flow!
Love the stockade! Great setup for many submissions.
