Roll and press the point of your elbow in his spine to open him up
crossface him
close your grip.keep the back of your orearm pressed behind his shoulder blade.Crank up
wrap his arm with your near leg
figure four your legs and let your hips slide down to his elbow for an arm lock
put your elbow on the ground on the near side of his head
do a sit out to trap his arm
be sure to keep his arm at a 45 degree angle to stop him from rolling over his shoulder. You could grab his wrist with both hands and pull up to finish or...
under hook his wrist and press down behind his shoulder for a much tighter lock
if he bends the arm back, wrap it over his wrist
keep donward pressure behind his shoulder
jump over him to cross side and get a chicken wing
turn your palm up
lock your hands for one nasty sub.

Spoken like a true connaisseur. Just another one of those techniques we don't see enough of. I got hooked on this one back in my Judo days.My catch wrestling coach just helped me elaborate on it afterwards.
And thank you Reilly for the comment. That's exactly what I like about this place,a wide variety of practionners showing their stuff without any of that ''my system is superior to your System BS''

天下無難事,只怕有心人
Pure Awesomeness!!!
That final finish is just pain. Awesome flow and well presented. You and Reilly should open a school and call it "technical"
Being attacked is like being asked a question- if you answer right you won't get asked anymore questions.
I like it, thanks.

3 Armpit Arm Bar (Fujiwara Arm Bar)
4 Chicken Wing Cross Face
Really brutal chain! I love it.
In Shooto we have 10 "shoot-flows". Each shoot-flow has between 7 and 30 locks to them(over 150 locks after knowing all 10). Since shooto has it's roots in CACC, it's easy to understand why the above lock flow is part of our shoot flow #4...nice job.
This is a really good instructional! Thanks for sharing.
It's all about having options!
Woo hoo!
Great 14 position flow. I'm loving it!
