Spoken like a true connaisseur. Just another one of those techniques we don't see enough of. I got hooked on this one back in my Judo days.My catch wrestling coach just helped me elaborate on it afterwards.
And thank you Reilly for the comment. That's exactly what I like about this place,a wide variety of practionners showing their stuff without any of that ''my system is superior to your System BS''

天下無難事,只怕有心人

Pure Awesomeness!!!

That final finish is just pain. Awesome flow and well presented. You and Reilly should open a school and call it "technical"

I like it, thanks.

1 Face Bar
2 Leg Turk Arm Bar and Face Bar
3 Armpit Arm Bar (Fujiwara Arm Bar)
4 Chicken Wing Cross Face

Really brutal chain! I love it.

In Shooto we have 10 "shoot-flows". Each shoot-flow has between 7 and 30 locks to them(over 150 locks after knowing all 10). Since shooto has it's roots in CACC, it's easy to understand why the above lock flow is part of our shoot flow #4...nice job.
