This is a nice little move I learned from Matt "The Wizard" Hume at AMC Pankration. Lockflow.com models Kim and June demonstrate this technique here.
Kim has the Head mount position on June.
Kim places her right arm under June's left arm and wraps her right hand around June's back.
Another angle of Kim's grip
Using her left hand as a post, Kim lifts her left knee slightly off the mat. Kim is careful to keep June's head trapped between her knees.
Another angle of Kim lifting her left knee off the mat.
Using her right knee as a pivot point, Kim twists her pinched knees to the right, This puts pressure on June's neck.
Kim continues to rotate her legs for the submission.

Sweet
5 Star because what an awesome move!!
Note the Lockflow models. One is having fun, the other doesn't look like having fun in the final pic
YO - ADRIANNE
Take me out Kobe style
Yeah, thats one of those moves that sucks to drill... Woooo knee in the face!
I am Jack's Complete Lack of Surprise.
One of the most devestating and under-used submissions. Works amazingly well with the double-wristlock (Kimura)
nasty final position!!!
The strong man is not the one who wrestles, but controls himself in a fit of rage.

easy to avoid with a wedge but hey it is a good crank if ya can get it
