  • Step 2
  • Dennis puts both of his hands on Landon's chest, pushes backwards and hops to both feet. Dennis ends up by sitting on Landon.
  • Step 3
  • From the "Hopscotch" position, Dennis continues to punch Landon.
  • Step 4
  • Landon tries to push Dennis off with his right hand, Dennis reaches his own right hand across Landon's arm to secure the arm.
  • Step 5
  • Because Dennis is in the "Hopscotch" position he is quickly able to turn his hips and shoot his left leg over Landon's head.
  • Step 6

  • Step 7
  • Landon sits up to take pressure off the armbar. As Landon makes his move, Dennis takes his left leg off Landon and puts back over the rear side of Landon's head.
  • Step 8
  • Dennis posts up on his right elbow and sits up, covering Landon's right shoulder with chest. Dennis then reaches his left arm over Landon's back.
  • Step 9
  • Dennis posts his left foot on the mat and reaches his left arm under Landon's left armpit and reaches for Landon's left wrist.
  • Step 10
  • Dennis hops up and places both hooks in as he reaches his right arm under Landon's throat. Dennis is now in the perfect position to finish the Rear Naked Choke (RNC).
