Dominate From the MMA Mount - The Gift Wrap Position

Here's a Ground & Pound technique from my new "Dominate From the Mount" Video Training Series.It's a simple but extremely effective technique that puts you into a position where you can devastate your opponent.

I call it the Gift Wrap Position. Hope it helps you out.

Who the hell pushs their arms like that unless its a street fight. The gift wrap position is amasing though there are a few other set ups in my opinion are better lol id quite like to know an escape for this though.

Good point, I use this same set up if they are covering their face when im throwing punches from mount, works like a charm!

Very nice, we call it the Giftwrap as well, we are always working on setups for this cause it simply finishes fights.
