Double Hook & Roll
One of the worst positions you can get stuck in is the mount position. Here is a basic reversal you can use to escape.

Eddie is caught in the mount position.
Eddie over-hooks his left arm around Kale's right arm to prevent him from posting.
Eddie steps his left foot over Kale's right ankle to prevent posting his leg.
Eddie bridges hard over his left shoulder while reaching his right hand to assist with the momentum. Eddie continues to drive his feet.
Eddie continues to drive hard, really pushing off his right foot.
Eddie bases out to prevent the re-roll and is now on top in the guard position.
