The up/down position is when one person is standing and the other is on the ground on their back.
Perhaps we could get some general description of what each person should be doing or looking for in terms of improving their position.
standing: kick the leg, pass (cartwheel, jumping thru, etc anyone?? =p), foot stomp/thrust..
bottom:try to get back on feet, upward kick, lure him to the ground, lay & pray (d'oh!!)
The strong man is not the one who wrestles, but controls himself in a fit of rage.
Standing: Axe kick setup a foot/ankle hold... and in MMA if u got the standing advantage get the ref to stand him or her up
Ground: play X guard, and butt scoot while guarding ur face of course
