Eddie Bravo - Escape From Alcatraz

A nice mount escape option from the founder of 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu, Eddie Bravo.I have three mount escapes that I use when I get mounted. However, it is always nice to have some more options and switch offs to work on. This video from Eddie Bravo shows a cool option that he calls "Escape from Alcatraz". I learned this awhile ago, is it named something else?  Its a great move even managed to land it a few times

Ah, I need some polishing on this one. Eddie makes it look so smooth and effortless. I aspire to the same, lol.

The world ends when you're dead. Until then, there's more punishment to come. So stand it like a man and try to give some back.

BC if you ever find a escap from mount that is smoth 90% of the time please share it.  This was the first escape I learned and drilled to death.... I'm still only able to pull it off 50% of the time and it never looks smooth
