Flying Armbar

Lockflow.com Member, Kyle "The Flying Squirrel" McCarron demonstrates the flying armbar. Kyle currently is 5-0 in MMA competition and train out of the Bad Intentions Fight team in Yakima, WA. The Flying Squirrel won his last fight with this technique.

• Step 1

Kyle and Brian start in the Under Over clinch. Kyle has his left arm wraped tightly around Brian's right arm to keep in securly in place
• Step 2

Kyle places his right shin across the body of his opponent while staying in the clinch, and in the same motion....
• Step 3

Jumping with his left foot, Kyle throws his left leg over the back of Brian
• Step 4

Kyle squeezes his knees together and takes his right arm off Brian's neck and secures Brian's arm. Kyle is careful to keep his chin tucked into the chest to keep from landing on his head. Kyle arches his hips to finish the submission.
