ok, I admit...
This one is absurd...

  • step one
    • you arm drag them
  • step 2
    • you jump on their back
  • step 3
    • you put them in a twister.

if any of you hit this, i think you can quit grappling and call it done. start something else. deep sea fishing perhaps. pole vaulting maybe... badminton. there are lots of other things that one can perfect.

In japanese/catch wrestling circles this would be known as a "cobra twist" or "rolling guillotine" and is used as a sub and a pinning combination.
