Guard Lockflow

Here's a fun lockflow for drilling submissions from the guard position. I'm not going to go into huge detail, as I'm assuming you know the submissions. This lockflow has 5 submissions chained together.

I start in the guard position.
I sit up for the kimura.
I sit back and apply the kimura.
Cole straightens his arm to defend the kimura.
I apply a figure-four straight armbar.
Cole bends his arm inward to defend the figure-four.
I pull his arm across with my left arm as I step on his hip with my right foot.
I spin to my left and kick my right leg over Cole's head for the armbar.
Cole puts his left hand on my chest.
Cole postures up and pulls out his left arm.
I post my left foot, spin into Cole and drop my right shin in front of Cole's throat.
I throw my left leg over Cole's head and apply an armbar.
I post and spin farther into Cole.
I drop my right lower shin into the inside of Cole's elbow as I reach my right hand over my shin and secure Cole's shoulder.
I lock my hands together and triangle my legs and execute the bicep slicer/compression lock.
Another angle of the final technique.

Looks very good. Realistic setups, albeit pretty advanced.

Damn. That's pretty.

i have a video of me showing this technique to people i trained with in japan... except i didn't throw in the bicep cutter at the end and i usually pull this after trying the hip bump sweep since i'm already in position to take the kimura... nice.
