Emma is standing over Cole
Emma works in and grabs Cole's legs
Emma tucks Cole's left leg into her right armpit as she pushes his right knee town towards the mat.
Emma quickly moves her left hand behind Cole's left knee and pulls downward, turning the knee to the mat.
Keeping her weight centered, Emma steps over Cole's left leg with her right foot. This motion forces Cole to roll over
Emma sits down on Cole's backside and grips her left wrist with her right hand. Emma then places her left hand on Cole's shin. To finish Emma leans backwards as she keeps her weight on Cole's back.

Cool!
dude he looks like hes in so much pain!
I love ankle locks. Killer half boston crab finish. In an mma mindframe I'm not real cool with the entry by for no-gi submission only... COOL!!!
wow i didnt know that was a legitimat sub, i never thought to try it for real, but when i was a kid id always do that when wrestling w/friends
I'm on a rampage!
It definitely has a huge possibility for leverage on that stretch... and it doesnt't leave a lot of room for escape once it's locked in.... Ouch

this is a nifty little move when rolling around. Another variation I like is to add a heel hook on the finish

If Carmen San Diego and Waldo ever had sex together, would thier offspring be invisible?
The single leg crab hurts insanely.... INSANELY.
So the rubber didn't go as planned. Oh well, it's only $30.
This is considered a spinal lock and not an ankle lock, Sergio. This move forces the lower spine to attempt move beyond its range of motion. Very effective if you can do it. However like all spinal locks it is hard to apply it. Once locked in spinal locks are amoung the most difficult to escape from. Getting into the move is the hardest part.
I will roll with anyone, regardless of their skill level, age, gender or weight.
I would rather lose by one point then win by one hundred, for in that loss I will learn much and in that victory I will learn little.
simple but looks really painful...
The strong man is not the one who wrestles, but controls himself in a fit of rage.

If you can get low enough on the heel still an effective ankle lock..double whammy you know
