It's Almost Halloween, So here is the "Ghost" Side Control Escape.

10th Planet Jiu Jitsu has some great techniques. This side control escape series might just save your butt one day. It's called the "Ghost" escape series, and it is cool.

Awesome, just got back from Afghanistan and starting back up at my gym tonight.  Definitely going to try this out.

There are some defeats more triumphant than victories.

Hit the escape twice, once more to butterfly guard and once to a failed marce. All vs a good wrestler that had 30+lbs on me. LOVE THIS ESCAPE!!!  Love
