I am in a strong right forward stance and my opponent is leading with his right leg.
I shoot in for a low single leg to his right leg. Make sure when you shoot in, your right leg is between his legs. Place your right shoulder on the bottom of his knee cap.
(This is a different view of the previous picture.) Place your left forearm across the back of his achillies. Cross your right arm over your left. Pull his knee to your stomach area. At the same time drive with your right shoulder to buckle his knee.
When your opponent falls to his back, slide up his leg with your arms and hook your right leg behind his achillies.
Figure four your legs by setting your right shin in the bend of your left knee.
Slide your right arm across the back of his upper thigh. Set your right hand in the bend of your left elbow.
Place your left hand on his hip next to his stomach area. Make sure his knee cap is above your groin area. To finish; shift your hips forward, bow your legs and shoulder back.

One thing. If you drop to your right knee during the single, hook his leg with your left leg and figure four. Alittle easier. When I teach this I have people post your left hand out to the side and try to trap the other leg so he can't turn his hips and spin his knee over and defend the lock.
good for grappling...not soccer... =p
The strong man is not the one who wrestles, but controls himself in a fit of rage.
