This is nice switch to go for, or a great way to bait your opponent for a possible kneebar submission.
I have Cole in the head and arm position.
Cole turns into me and throws his left leg over my left leg in an attempt for a roll or to attack my back.
I take my right arm off Cole's head and lift my left leg upward and lean forward, so that I can see Cole's right leg.
I post my right arm behind me and sit up forward as I reach my left arm under Cole's left leg so that I can wrap my left arm around the back of Cole's right knee.
Pulling Cole's leg tight to my chest, I put both my heels into Cole's rear as I squeeze my knees together and fall to my right side.
Keeping Cole's knee to my chest with my left arm I reach my right arm up towards the back of Cole's heel to pull his leg straight. I keep Cole's leg between my head and the mat.
Once Cole's leg is straight, I slide my left arm up and grab Cole's heel. I lock my arms together and pull Cole's heel toward my chin as I use my head to push Cole's toes outward. To finish the submission, I squeeze my legs together, arch off my heels and pull on Cole's heel.
